Colorite AB (Anti Bacterial) – Prepainted steel is developed to provide Microbial protection for interior and exterior applications with good weatherability & good formability. The anti microbial agent in the paint is designed to inhibit the growth of odor causing bacterial and prevent product deterioration of the product from mold and mildew.

Substrate

Galvanized steel , minimum G60(180 GSM). Grade CS Type A&B, FS Type A & B , SS 33, SS40 , SS50.

Typical Uses

Roofing and walling, Sandwich Panels for Cool Room & Clean Room Applications, K-Span, Shutter doors, Door Frames etc.

Pretreatment	Corrosion resistance proprietary conversion coating.
Primer Coat	Universal Corrosion inhibitive Primer Nominal thickness- 5 microns each side
Finish Coat	Custom formulated system with Microbial agent. Nominal thickness-20 microns on the top or weather side.
Backing Coat	Custom formulated Backer-5-7 microns Special backer suitable for foam application can also be provided Back coat can be in the same top coat colour and DFT as required
Gloss (60˚)	Nominal 30 – 35% Other gloss levels may be available on request
