<\/span> Steel Sheet Thickness<\/h3><\/div>\n\nUNICOIL ensures that all of its products adhere strictly to the ordered nominal thickness, and does not exploit the extreme negative tolerance allowed by international standards, since a lower thickness will make a sheet structurally weaker.\n\n
<\/div>\n\n

<\/span> Zinc Coating Mass and Lead-Safe Zinc<\/h3><\/div>\n\nThe service life of zinc-coated steel has a direct linear co-relation to the zinc coating mass, and is the primary parameter in determining the corrosion resistance of galvanized and pre-painted sheet products in outdoor environments. UNICOIL is committed to meeting a minimum of 90 gsm zinc coating mass on pre-painted steel sheets for use in dry climate conditions and committed to use of high purity zinc with a max lead content of 90mg\/kg on Galvanized steel sheets.\n\n

<\/span> Lead-Free Paints and Paint Thickness<\/h3><\/div>\n\nUNICOIL uses only the highest quality paints from reliable international sources and ensures that paint thickness meets international standards. In line with UNICOIL’s commitment to manufacturing and social responsibility, only lead-free paints are used, as lead is known for its harmful effects on human health, especially children.\n\n
<\/div>\n\n

<\/span> Source of Origin<\/h3><\/div>\n\nUNICOIL prints its name and the country of Manufacturing on every linear meter of galvanized steel coils and on every two linear meters of pre-painted steel coils in accordance with its commitment to manufacturing responsibility.\n\n

Product Marking Complies with SASO Standard for Hot Dip Galvanized steel (GI)<\/h4>\n
\n\nUNICOIL complies with Saudi laws & regulations and with the relevant standard for Galvanized steel, (SASO ASTM A653M-A1-15) by printing the following information on its galvanized steel products at intervals of 2.0 m: company name, country of origin, sheet thickness, zinc coating mass, and SASO standard number. Such information is also specified on invoices issued to its customers. \n\nUNICOIL complies with Saudi laws & regulations and with the relevant standard for Pre-Painted Galvanized steel, and Roll Formed Sheets, (SASO ASTM A755M-A1-15) by printing the following information on its pre-painted galvanized steel products at intervals of 1.0 m: company name, country of origin, sheet thickness, zinc coating mass, paint thickness (Top and Bottom) and SASO standard number. Such information is also specified on invoices issued. UNICOIL believes that end-users have a right to this information. \n\nUNICOIL emphasizes the issuance of all sales contracts and invoices to customers in the Arabic languages, with the inclusion of all elements and components of galvanized, pre-painted steel coil, and roll formed sheet products, thereby complying with the requirements of the product label regulations enforced by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and SASO standards. UNICOIL believes that end users have a right to this information.
