Das kaltgewalzte Stahlband wird in einem kontrollierten, fortlaufenden Feuerverzinkungsverfahren mit Zink beschichtet. Das Ergebnis ist eine starke metallurgische Verbindung von Stahl und Beschichtung. Die von UNICOIL entwickelte Feuerverzinkung erm\u00f6glicht die starke metallurgische Verbindung von Stahl und Beschichtung. Das Ergebnis dieses Verfahrens ist ein Material mit der Festigkeit und Formbarkeit von Stahl, das vor Korrosion gesch\u00fctzt ist.
