Il rullo di prelievo trasferisce il liquido di rivestimento dalla vasca al rullo dell&#8217;applicatore. Il liquido viene quindi pompato nella vasca, quindi si riversa nel contenitore di alimentazione, dove viene rimiscelato e filtrato.\n\nIl laminato verniciato entra quindi in un forno in cui il rivestimento viene indurito a temperature elevate per 15-30 secondi. La striscia esce dal forno e viene raffreddata con aria e acqua. La maggior parte delle specifiche richiedono due strati (primer e finitura) su ogni lato del laminato, che richiedono un passaggio attraverso una camera e un forno per la seconda mano.
