Colorite Abrasion Resist

Colorite Abrasion Resist is a Polyurethane Polyamide pre-painted galvanized steel developed to provide high durable material for applications requiring high abrasion resistance. The paint is a Polyurethane Polyamide system, applied on a Galvanized substrate of Minimum 180 gsm zinc coating, with paint film thickness of 25 microns on weathering side and 15 microns of the same system on the bottom side.

Pretreatment	Corrosion resistant proprietary conversion coating.
Primer Coat	Universal Corrosion inhibitive Primer Nominal thickness- 5 microns each side
Finish Coat	Custom formulated Polyurethane and Polyamide paint system.(PUPA) Nominal thickness-20 microns on the top or weather side. The finish coat is available on all RAL standard colours and other colours may be available on request.
Backing Coat	Custom formulated Polyurethane and Polyamide paint system.(PUPA). Nominal thickness of 10 microns. Back coat is in the same top coat color
Gloss (60˚)	Nominal 30% Other gloss levels may be available on request
