Shinko Jidar is a Pre-Painted galvanized steel with a printed pattern of Red Brick providing an appearance of natural brick wall.

Base Coat	Polyester Based custom Formulated System Nominal thickness- 10 microns at exterior side BRICK RED COLOR
Pattern (Grid Finish)	Modified polyester based ink of 2 – 3 microns thickness in pattern. WHITE OR BLACK COLOR grid lines can be provided.
Finish Coat	Polyester Clear coat. Nominal thickness – 10 microns
Backing Coat	Custom Formulated Grey Backer Nominal thickness – 5 microns.
